About Us - Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson, Vice President, Recruitment & Strategy, joined Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc. in March 2004 from the law firm of Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP in Dallas, Texas where she served as Director of Recruiting (she was also a Marketing Coordinator at the firm for four years). Jennifer possesses over nine years of law firm recruiting and marketing experience. In her role at WCE, Jennifer focuses on placing Marketing Professionals in to law firms globally.

When she is not actively recruiting, Jennifer can often be found behind a podium. She has been a featured speaker at the Legal Marketing Association National Conference, the American Conference Institute’s Marketing Leadership Conference, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) Annual Education Conferences and the Practicing Law Institute in New York City. In addition, Jennifer’s expertise has been sought out by CBS MarketWatch as well as The American Lawyer.

In addition to previously serving on the Board of Editors, Jennifer's byline has appeared in ALM’s Marketing The Law Firm, as co-author with Eva Wisnik on a monthly career column as well as on a two-part marketing series entitled "Women's Marketing Initiatives" and "Leadership in Marketing." Additionally, she has written an article for the NALP Bulletin on the subject of "Associate Development/Training."

Jennifer is a member of LMA and is the President of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan New York Chapter for the 2008 term. In June 2006, she was accredited by The Hay Group in their Emotion Competence Inventory. Jennifer graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Political Science.
